February 23rd is my daughter's birthday, and I can't say enough about how spectacular I think she is. She amazes me!

Valentine’s Day can be celebrated in many ways. I personally don't celebrate the day itself as much as I try to show those I care about all year long how much they mean to me. As a child, however, I thought getting candy and cards all day at school was a great day!
For fun, I did a little search on Wikipedia for this day and liked the history of this section.
"Saint Valentine additions to the legend have better related it to the theme of love: tradition maintains that Saint Valentine performed weddings for Christian soldiers who were forbidden to marry by the Roman emperor; and an 18th-century embellishment to the legend claims he wrote the jailer's daughter a letter signed "Your Valentine" as a farewell before his execution."

February Business Shoutout!
Since September 19th last year I have been working with a health coach. A big motivator and supporter in my life has been my beautiful daughter I mentioned above. I want to be healthy and happy to be able to handle all her sassiness she gives me on a daily basis!

My pups are definitely benefiting from all my self-care walks lol. I seem to have created a second set of coaches because they have started motivating me with whining or funny growl sounds at about 9 PM if we haven't gone for a walk. Gantu sounds like a mini Chewbacca.
