Did you know that in Ireland, this holiday was rather spooky?

In America, it’s typically celebrated as a time when St. Patrick drove out the Pagans and put a stop to the heretical beliefs. But before that, Celtic people viewed this time as similar to Samhain.

Because it’s near the spring equinox, the veil between the human and spirit world was believed to be thinned, letting in all kinds of spirits, mischievous and horrifying.

The classic Headless Horseman (known by the Celts as the Dullahan) is one of these spirits, which legend says was the harbinger of death. Any time he would stop, it is said that a mortal would die nearby.

Spooky, right? 😍

When is the best time to buy or sell?

That is a question that I get asked almost daily. The answer is simple. When you are ready.

The thing to remember is that “ready” is different for everyone and it doesn’t mean RIGHT NOW.

It can mean that you are ready to talk or maybe even just text questions.

Ready to make a list or maybe even sit down with me and we make it together.

Ready to talk to a lender about how to get pre-approved for a loan (I know some great ones)!

Ready to ask me to be your Realtor so I can ensure you have the best support and experience that is possible.

Mr. Bones

You have to laugh at this guy, even if there’s not a funny bone in your entire body!

He’s been joining me for adventures and home tours and I swear,

his humor is going to be the death of me.

Mr. Bones Tried Speed Dating…

Last month’s Valentine’s open house featured a special guest: Mr. Bones himself, hosting a round of “speed dating” at the table! While he’s still searching for the perfect match, he had a great time greeting visitors, sharing laughs, and helping create a memorable afternoon.

Events like this are one of my favorite ways to open up a home — they give people a chance to slow down, explore the space, and enjoy the experience of being there.

Mr. Bones may still be single, but the house definitely stole a few hearts.

Pet Corner

Demon is settling in nicely!

You might remember this kitty came home with us a few months ago

and shook things up in our house with mischief.

She’s making every effort to rule the roost.

At first, Stout and Gantu were so curious about her,

but they’re getting used to each other now.

It’s funny to see them get under each other’s fur 😂
